Was at the sales office.. saw the model .. indeed very unique and interesting. Buidling shape much more interesting than others in the vicinity. Check out the appliances they offer. High end italian ones. Also the tiling very nice. Room layout quite central, easy to lay furniture. Thumbs Up..!

Thank you very much for your prompt and attentive service in expediting the TOP of Cubik within a short time frame. Otherwise I will be “homeless” as I have sold off my current apartment and require handing over to the new owner by 1st July 2011.

Your staff especially to Lens & Kuan Teng went above and beyond to ensure my moving in to Cubik on the 25th June 2011was the best it could be. Not only they accelerated the process of repairing the defects of my unit, but also helped my ID & contractors in the making the renovation progression smooth.

the cubix is very modern and my wife loves it. We both think cubix is very nicely located at the eastern part which means lots of convienience to us.
The interior decor are very attractive and elegant. The developer definitely put a lot of effort into designing the unit.
The 2 year 5% yield guarantee is indeed attractive!
